Eileen Salinksy, MBA

Senior Consultant

Eileen is senior consultant to the Institute for Accountable care with over 25 years of experience in health policy, population health, peer to peer learning, evaluation, and program management. Ms. Salinsky devotes a significant proportion of her time serving as Program Advisor at Grantmakers In Health (GIH), where she is responsible for issues related to population health and public policy programs. Prior to joining GIH and launching her independent consulting practice, Ms. Salinsky served as Principal Research Associate at the National Health Policy Forum, where she led the forum’s work on public health and safety net activities. She was also the Director of Public Health Policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and previously served as Vice President at The Lewin Group. Ms. Salinsky holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree in health administration from Temple University.
