Senior Policy Analyst

Louise Secordel, MBA, is a Senior Policy Analyst primarily responsible for data interpretation and content development to communicate key findings from the Institute’s research portfolio. Prior to joining the Institute, Louise spent 4 years in healthcare strategic planning, initially as an Administrative Fellow at the University of Utah Health, and then as a Planning Manager at MaineHealth where she contributed to systemwide planning initiatives including primary care redesign and academic affairs integration. Earlier in her career, Louise worked for the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission–an independent state agency that monitors healthcare spending growth and provides policy recommendations for care delivery–where she was responsible for summarizing and disseminating lessons learned from community hospital care redesign initiatives related to behavioral health, care transitions, and population health management. She received her BS in Applied Psychology from New York University and her Healthcare MBA from Simmons University in Boston.
