Nazanin Dameshghi

Senior Data Scientist

Nazanin Dameshghi is a senior data scientist at the Institute for Accountable Care. She was previously a senior healthcare data analyst at Comagine Health where she conducted statistical programming working with large Medicare, Medicaid and All-Payer claims datasets supporting a variety of health services research projects. She also served as a Statistician at the Research Triangle Institute. Nazanin is an expert in building data pipelines from data preparation to analysis. In her role in Comagine Health, she developed statistical matching algorithms for linking disparate datasets and created a master patient index that was used in numerous projects and resulted in securing research grants. She received her MS degree in applied statistics from American University and her BA degree in Psychology from University of Maryland.
