Sam Sobul, MPA

Policy Analyst

Sam Sobul, MPA, is a policy analyst with the Institute for Accountable Care where he is responsible for data analysis, survey development and policy research. Before joining the Institute, he earned a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in statistics from The Ohio State University. While there, he interned with The Center for Community Solutions, a think tank focused on healthcare issues. Mr. Sobul has also worked for the healthcare software company Epic and Public Finance Resources, a business that assists local governments with financial forecasts. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Ohio State University, and graduated Phi Betta Kappa from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics and history.
